Warm Minimalism
private residence

private residence
A considered exercise in luxury residential design, this new-build private residence in Nicosia was conceived around a single principle: that architecture should actively support human well-being. We authored a cohesive interior skin across the full scope, a disciplined palette of soft neutrals, warm timbers, and expansive glazing that draws natural light deep into the plan and dissolves the threshold between inside and out. Every decision was made in service of calm, clarity, and connection to the natural environment, the defining hallmarks of biophilic design.
Central to the scheme is a suite of bespoke joinery, monolithic kitchen volumes, integrated bookshelves, and custom storage, each element detailed in-house as a direct extension of the architectural shell. The result is a home that holds rigour and warmth in equal measure, where cultural heirlooms find their place alongside contemporary living, and where intentional simplicity proves to be the most enduring form of luxury.
